Understanding our fees structure
Annual fees
Fees for the academic year 2024-2025 are as follows:
£2100 for Primary pupils*
£2160 for Secondary pupils*
An additional materials fee of £80 is payable prior to the start of the academic year to cover the costs of exercise books, photocopies and other materials
Fees are subject to revision from time to time and the school aims to give as advance notice as is reasonably possible.

*Please note that a 20% VAT charge is applicable in addition to the annual fees stated above from 1st January 2025.

Payment options
At Ma'had Al-Imām Muhammad Adam Al-Islāmi, we understand that every family has unique financial circumstances.
That's why we offer three flexible payment options for our annual fees.

12 Monthly
Instalments
Pay monthly via bank transfer and spread the cost of the annual fee over 12 months.
£175/month* for Primary pupils
£180/month* for Secondary pupils

10 Monthly
Instalments
Pay monthly by cash or cheque and spread the cost of the annual fee over 10 months.
£210/month* for Primary pupils
£216/month* for Secondary pupils

Full Fees
Upfront
Pay the full annual fee by 1st September of the academic year

Making payments
Below are the details for making payments. You can transfer funds directly to our bank account or make a cash payment. Please hand in cash payments to the school office. Ensure that cash payments are placed inside an envelope and labelled with your child’s name, the amount, and the reason for the payment.
Cheques will not be accepted.

Additional information

A registration fee of £150 is applicable at the time of accepting an offer of a place at the school.

For payment Option 1: 12 Monthly Instalments, bank transfers must be set up so payment is made by the 1st of every month from September to August inclusive.

For payment Option 2: 10 Monthly instalments, cash/cheque payment for the month must be paid by the 1st of every month from September to June inclusive.

Failure to make payment on time may result in your child being unable to attend their lessons until the appropriate fees have been paid.

There may be additional fees for which letters will be sent during the school year. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for; school trips, swimming sessions, revision guides and workbooks, Madrasa textbooks and GCSE examinations.
